Dreamland Fest MTL ("we", "us") is the organizer of the Dreamland Fest MTL event held in Oka, Québec. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT

• Newsletter sign-ups: email address.
• Contact, cabana and partner forms: name, email, phone (optional), and the message you send us.
• Technical data: basic browser and device information collected by standard web-server logs.

Ticket purchases are handled by our ticketing partner Eventbrite. Any payment information is collected and processed by them under their own privacy policy — we never see or store card details.

3. HOW WE USE IT

We use your information to reply to your inquiry, send you the updates you signed up for (lineup drops, early access, offers), and to operate and improve the site. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

4. SUBPROCESSORS

Form and newsletter data is stored in our backend infrastructure and notification emails are sent to our organizing team. Ticketing is handled by Eventbrite. These providers process data on our behalf and only for the purposes described above.

5. COOKIES

This site uses only the minimum cookies and local storage needed to make the site work. We do not run third-party ad-tracking cookies.

6. RETENTION

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange. Newsletter subscribers are kept on the list until you unsubscribe.

7. YOUR RIGHTS
