1. TICKETING & ADMISSION

All tickets are sold via our authorized ticketing partner (Eventbrite). Tickets grant one-time entry to Dreamland Fest MTL on Saturday, August 15, 2026 at 473 Rang Ste-Philomène, Oka, QC. Doors open at 3 PM; the event ends at 9 PM. Entry is at the sole discretion of on-site security.

2. AGE POLICY

This is an 18+ event. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at entry. Guests unable to prove age will be refused entry without refund.

3. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except where required by law or in the event of full event cancellation. In case of postponement, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

4. CODE OF CONDUCT

Guests are expected to treat other attendees, staff, artists, and the venue with respect. Harassment, discrimination, violence, or destructive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund and may be reported to authorities.

5. PROHIBITED ITEMS

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Weapons, illegal substances, glass containers, and professional recording equipment are prohibited. Bag checks are performed at entry.

6. IMAGE & RECORDING RELEASE

By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Dreamland Fest MTL may use these images and recordings for promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.

7. LIABILITY

Attendance is at your own risk. Dreamland Fest MTL, its organizers, partners, and the venue owner are not liable for loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal property. Consumption of alcohol and use of pool facilities are your personal responsibility.

8. LINEUP CHANGES

Artist lineup is subject to change without notice. Individual artist cancellations do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
